Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly. If you receive an Wrong product, we will replace it with the correct one at no extra cost.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the wrong product has been shipped.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Legal Note: As per Rule 4(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we clearly disclose our return process and conditions.

    Product must be in its original box/packaging.
    Supporting images must be shared at the time of raising the return request.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed in line with our returns and cancellation policies.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds are issued only for wrong shipments.
    Product must be returned and verified.
  2. Refund Method
    Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
  3. Processing Time
    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, Please allow at least seven(7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 48 hours of cancellation approval.

Customer Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Non-Cancellable Orders
All orders may be non-cancellable once shipped.
Custom orders or bulk packs may be excluded from cancellation.

Cancellation Charges
No cancellation fees apply.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or product expiry issues.
Customers will be informed immediately.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
